Learn breathing, positions, partner support, and newborn basics in a low-pressure, supportive space where questions (and snacks) are always welcome. Come for the skills, stay for the laughs—and leave feeling ready for labor, delivery, and day-one parenting.

Held- Birth Doula Support

For the parents who want hands-on support, a steady presence and someone who makes sure you’re listened to.

Held is full labor and birth doula care with Double Heart’s signature blend of warmth and backbone. We’ll meet for two in-person prenatal visits to build your birth plan, practice comfort measures, and talk through how to best support you. When labor begins, and you’re ready for us to join you, we show up- providing continuous, in-person support at your chosen birth location.

This package is for people who want to feel safe, supported and taken seriously during birth, with a doula team who knows how to hold space, and hold the line.

Heard- Virtual Doula Support

For the parents who want steady guidance, real-time assurance, and a doula in their pocket.

Heard is your calm in the chaos. You’ll get expert support to build your birthplan, prepare for your preference and feel confident walking into your birth- even from a distance.

We’ll help you sort through options, make informed choices and feel supported with virtual support by text, phone and digital check ins. Perfect if you want professional doula support, with flexibility.

Protected- Birth + Classes + Overnight postpartum support

For the parent who wants the full Double Heart Experience: deep prep, strong advocacy, and real support after the baby is here.

Protected is our most comprehensive package- created for families who want to feel fully equipped going into birth and fully supported coming out of it. You’ll receive everything in Heard, plus a complete childbirth prep class and newborn care class, so you feel confident and ready. After birth, we’ll support you with a postpartum overnight so can rest, recover and breathe while your baby is care for by your trusted doula.

This is for parents seeking premium support, strong advocacy, and a soft place to land- from preparation to postpartum.
